Please take note that all orders are handmade and can be customized according to your preferences. The package includes one pair of shoes. Please be aware that customized shoes with sizes under US 5 are made with a soft sole. All sizes are based on our sizing chart, so kindly check the chart before making a purchase.
You can also contact us if you need help with sizing. To maintain the quality of your shoes, we suggest washing them by hand as they are delicate. In case the jewels become detached during washing, let the shoes dry first. Then, put the jewels back in place, cover the area with a thick piece of fabric, and iron it with a warm iron for 12-13 seconds. You can repeat this process until the jewels are securely back in place. Just make sure to set your iron on the lowest setting.
